Gated community with two car garage, Fully Furnished kitchen, living area. 2 and1/2 bath. There is one room available which has its own full bathroom. The parking spot in the Garage is also available.
About the roomies
I am currently living in the house. Single Male 40 years old, I work from home 2 days out of the week. Am gone Tues-Thurs. Currently the property my girlfriend and her cat stays here (she is only here 2 weeks out of the month at most, which we share the master bed and bath) The price includes all of the above and a once a month maid service that I also pay for.
