Hey there!

So, I’m looking for a cool, responsible female roommate to share my awesome house with starting April 2026. It’s got 815 square foot finished basement – and that’s all yours! You’d get a huge bedroom, your own private bathroom, and a really comfy living space down there.

You must have good credit or the application will be denied through the leasing agency.

I’m in Aurora, super close to Illiff and Chambers – easy peasy to get to Parker and Centennial, and only about 30 minutes from Denver. We’ve got a great backyard, driveway parking, and plenty of street parking too.

Just to be clear, it’s a smoke-free and drug-free zone. I’m a pretty chill, clean, and responsible single mom (lived here for five years!). My 10-year-old son and two super sweet dogs (pics attached – one’s a pug, the other a lab mix!) are a big part of our lives. We love being outdoors – hiking, paddleboarding, hanging out at Cherry Creek Dog Park, horseback riding, yoga, and even just relaxing with a good book.

There will also be a $900 deposit that can be fully refunded if everything is taken care of at move out.

I am a cleanly, accountable (lived here 6 years), friendly, busy single momma. I have a 10 year old son and two sweet dogs so must be okay with them. I cannot accept more pets at this time unfortunately. We love to be outdoors, hiking, biking, going out to the ranch, yoga, working out and so much more.
