Nestled in the historic West End, this multi-family home (1st Floor) is close to, and geographically situated close to most. As a 6+ year long resident, I am happy to make any type of suggestion or recommendation. The unit is 2BR and 1BA. 1250sq ft total, it is certainly spacious. The living room has 14ft tall French Bay windows (perfect for the plant mom and plant dads out there!) Access to kitchen includes usage of all appliances (juicer, air fryer, toaster, microwave, coffee devices) There is also an additional 1000sq ft basement for all of your extra gear (paddle board, skis, bicycles, moving boxes, kayaks etc) that only we have access to. All utilities included (heat, hot water, internet) Washer and dryer located in our private basement. Off-street parking included.

About the roomies

I work 60hrs a week so I am rarely home. I work a hybrid schedule and am normally at the climbing gym, yoga studio, YMCA or salsa class when not working. I spend most of my free time in VT/NH/RI. I enjoy peace and quiet and when I am home, I like cooking and reading as well.
