I am renting two rooms for this house in West Jordan. The security deposit ($650) is actually considered last month’s rent! The basement is a separate rental. The house and room are unfurnished so any furniture of yours is welcome and we will make space. The garage is also available for storage. Room-renters will share one full bathroom. Renters only pay for electricity which averages out to $50 a month. Pet fee is $100 a month. While I do not currently have any pets, many folks on Roomies do! We may have to navigate what it would look like if both new renters have fur-babies.
