There isn’t constant in-and-out traffic, and prefer to keep it that way. Home is our sanctuary, and want to maintain this peaceful environment. Things that would disrupt our space include: 🚫 Drugs 🚫 Smoking 🚫 Heavy drinking 🚫 Frequent visitors or overnight guests who don’t live here

What’s Included? Closet (upper shelf) Room faces South East, located at the front of the house, so it gets the morning sun.

Cleanliness ; Bathroom Rotation

🧼 There is a cleaning rotation for the bathroom, which is cleaned weekly.

The home is clean, and it’s imperative that the bathroom be cleaned weekly to maintain cleanliness and respect other housemates (if any) . If cleaning isn’t your thing, this isn’t the place for you.

That said, cleaning the bathroom has never been an issue in the past. It’s a fairly easy task if you clean up after yourself when you’re finished using it.

Currently, there are two other guys (minus the guy who is moving) who also live here. We all get along and are respectful of one another. One guy works from home and the other is only in the home Monday through Thursday. We are Sci-fi guys so sometimes we’ll watch a movie together. We all have our own schedules so we try to meet up with ome another from time to time. Otherwise, its like living with strangers and that can be an awkward feeling.
