Hi, I am offering a room in my 2 bedroom 1 bath in Temple Hills, MD. It is in a prime location! Close to Alexandria, D.C., and 6 minutes away from the National Harbor!

My condo will be empty by the end of February. Preferably I would like for a family to move in or 2 separate people who are okay sharing a bath room. I am not going to be living there, so there is a possibility if you can afford 1800-2200. I’d let you stay by yourself. The utilities are included and I’d be leaving some furniture in there if you’d like. Which are all pluses. Please contact me soon!
