Quiet, peaceful, clean household of working professionals. Only two adults reside here. You would make a third.

Available for occupancy September 1st.

Space available: second floor bedroom (appx 10 X 10.5) + closet. Room is offered unfurnished. Can be provided furnished, if desired. The bathroom space is dedicated to you, with the occasional exception of guest usage (quick, occasional use of toilet/ sink use only). You will have shared access to living areas, yard, kitchen, and laundry.

Rent is $925 per month, with utilities included. $700 security deposit. Terms are month to month, but I am looking for someone that intends to stay at least 6 months. (I have actually had two tenants that stayed 4+ years). Includes the following utilities/ services: gas, electric, A/C, water, WIFI, and gardener.

• Documentable, stable income of at least $2300 per month

• Occasional guests can be discussed once compatibility & trust is established. No overnight guests at any time.

House environment: The home is large, with 5 bedrooms, of which I rent out two. I am female in my 50’s. There is only one other roomie. He’s a young adult, quiet, respectful, friendly, professional. I have two small dogs and a little bird.
