House is well situated on the north shore of long island near Stony Brook University. It is less than one mile to the campus. Room is fully furnished with queen size mattress, desk, chair and all light fixtures. Good size closet space plus extra for your personal items. Wood floors through out the house and lots of windows makes this home very sunny and comfortable. The downtown is filled with things to do: cultural events, long island museums, Billy Joe hall of fame…and Long Island Rail Road is just one mile away to Manhattan and East Long Island Montauk. Sands beach and Marina is minutes away. You will see kayak and stand up board enthusiasts are out there on those fun summer days. This is a quiet place to live and enjoy!
All of the tenants are from Stony Brook University where all have a common ground…to learn and to respect each others culture. My family have lived in the area for over 40 years.
