We live in a townhome community in Uptown Whittier close to Whittier College and Rio Hondo College. The house is newly built, has upgraded kitchen, wood and carpet flooring, 3 bedrooms, a den, and 3 bathrooms.

Rooms Available: 1 Room comes furnished with a full-size bed, memory foam mattresses, desk, chair, lamp, and hanging wardrobe. Rent for this room is $900 and utilities are included. 2nd room is queen size bed with private bath, desk chair and closet.

Your roommates are three stable working professionals who work traditional day jobs, often hang around the house on weeknights and spend a lot of time away on the weekends. Very respectful and quiet.
