This beautiful 5 bedrooms 3.5 bath home is located on the North West side of San Antonio in the Wildhorse community. Close to 1604 between 151 and I-10. It is located 15 minutes from UTSA, La Cantera, and Lackland AFB, 10 minutes from Northwest Vista, and near multiple areas of shopping including Alamo Ranch and Bandera. This community has 2 pools, a sports court, and walking trails.
Rent is $600 monthly, a minimum of 6 months. Bills INCLUDED, Fiber Internet, Electricity, Water, and Trash. You will be sharing a bathroom with another roommate. Access to all common areas including the kitchen, fridge, dining areas, living areas, washer, and dryer. There will be 2 roommates to 1 bathroom.
Refundable security deposit will be $200. NO smoking allowed. You will need to bring your own furniture. There is plenty of space in the kitchen if you have any kitchenware or dishes. You are welcome to use the kitchenware we provide as long as the kitchen is kept tidy every day.
