The monthly rent will include 2 rooms (a bedroom and you can use the 3rd room as a living room area). A private full bath with shower/ tub. And a common area, the kitchen. The bedroom is furnished with queen size bed, dresser, and nightstand, and has a large closet. Will move furniture out of room if bringing your own. Must be dog friendly and a non-smoker. Internet is included.

I am a divorced male, non-smoker, and have 2 very friendly dogs. I am a benefits advisor and work from my home office Monday through Friday during the day. I’m friendly, active, hanging out with family, girlfriend, friends and my dogs. I play pickleball, volleyball, and swim laps.
