I’m looking for a female housemate to share my 2bed, 1bath apartment on the 2nd floor of a house. It’s a clean and calm place with plenty of natural light, in a friendly neighborhood of most all single-family owned homes, great for grad students and professionals.

This room is available for April and May. (The new owner is moving into the apartment after that.) I’m looking for new places and I’m open to looking with someone else if we’re the right fit.

There is free on-site laundry, free off-street parking, hardwood floors and natural light. The room can be unfurnished or I can lend things to use.

The house is a convenient 20-minute walk to SU’s main campus, near Westcott, and close to the Co-op and Barry Park. Also close to Crouse and Upstate.
