I have a spare bedroom that is available now until May 28th, it has a walk in closet, private bathroom, split floor plan, all utilities are included with the rent as well. The room does have a bed, nightstand, dresser and a sit/stand desk, however I can get rid of stuff if needed. Located close to the 60 & 202!

I’m Zach I am 28, it’s just me here with my 2 cats. I’m quiet and respectful of others and tend to keep to myself when I am home but open to being friends with a roommate so we’re not just strangers! I work Mon-Fri 6:30-2:30 for the City.
