The unit has a washer and dryer (no laundromat runs!), curbside parking, and flexible lease options—so no stress if you’re not looking for a long-term commitment.

Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Let me know the option that works best for you!

Note: Slowly working on remodeling the place so there may be work done in certain areas of the house from time to time.
