Hello Dover peeps! We have one roomie moving out in Feb, one room becoming available located Dover near McGlynn’s pub on Silver Lake. Rent is $750/mo with all utilities included so it never goes up. Prefer students/military/medical or generally goal oriented people that give positive vibes. The house is generally quiet and conscience of others’ space. I am gone Sunday through Friday traveling for work, on the weekends I work on updating renovations to the house. Cheers!
