Hello everyone! I have a room available for rent in my SW Portland home. Rent is $850 plus 1/2 utilities and I’ll need you to have renters insurance. It is located in the Mountain Park neighborhood, close to I5 & 217 and within walking distance of PCC Sylvania. There is plenty of street parking for your car, and nearby bus routes include the 44, 78 and 12 (Barbur transit center). Your room comes furnished, but I would be happy to remove all the furniture too. The bathroom has a shared shower/tub/toilet and your own private sink/mirror/cabinet area. In terms of accessibility, there are 3 steps to the front door, and 14 steps to your bedroom. This is the perfect location for anyone who loves fitness or is outdoorsy. Living here includes a free membership to the Mountain Park Clubhouse, which is a full gym with all types of workout equipment, three types of pools, sauna & steam rm, various classes and a $10 guest fee for anyone you bring! This neighborhood also has many hiking trails. My name is Darcy (she/her) and I’m a white neuro-spicy Gen X Lesbian looking for someone who values and understands neurodiverse communication.
