Got one medium size room left with two windows and a private entrance to the shared bathroom. I’m looking for responsible clean friendly people. Open to all races and colors. All furniture is brand new, second floor bathroom was updated recently. Rooms have queen size beds, new mattresses, and nightstands. You’re welcome to use first floor bathroom as well. There is a backyard which will have eventually a grill and some table/chairs set soon. Kitchen is fully equipped and I can provide what’s missing. Washer/Dryer available. There’re 2 parking spots in the driveway and 2 more inside the garage.

You will be living with me (in profile photo) I travel often for work, I’m in my 30’s and a young professional girl in her twenties, and another professional young female in her twenties too. We’re looking for professional people only, you only can have guests the weekend conditionally to keep quite and respect the other tenants. Beside that smoking is not allowed at all on this property, vaping as well is NOT ALLOWED, including cannabis vapes.
