This is 2 rooms connected with walk in closet, and a private bathroom. Ideal for a work from home person looking for a room plus office. Washer dryer easily accessible upstairs. Rent rate is for single person with one vehicle or no car. We are open to two renters or a couple but will need to add 200$ for the second person.

This is a two story house with a backyard and a creek. You will have designated parking. You have your own refrigerator and cabinet space in the shared kitchen. There is a short hiking trail near the house good for quick walks.

There are two women ( my Mom and I) in the main house and my grandmother in the granny unit. I am in grad school/working and my Mom works fulltime. We have two indoor cats. Sadly we can’t fit more pets. We are a none smoking house, no parties but a guest once in awhile is totally fine.This would be an independent living situation. We do dinner together once a month but usually everyone is on their own schedule. The living room has a fireplace and TV with Roku set up with Netflix, Hulu Disney, and so on.
