It’s a huge 5 bedroom house with a pool. I have two rooms (both furnished, they don’t need to be) at the end of a hall that I rent out together. The bathroom is just outside of the two rooms. The utilities are included in the rent price. It is located in south Phoenix but, I really consider that to be central. The place is about 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix and downtown Chandler and maybe 25 minutes from South Scottsdale. It’s a quiet place in a cul de sac. There is street parking and I have some storage space in the garage if needed.

I’m a 8 to 5 work from the home office guy.. I work a typical schedule. I don’t entertain too often. I don’t go out too often, though its common to return after 10pm when i do. I listen to music over watching TV. I am cannibus friendly outside or in my shop only. I am not opposed to having animals in the house. I have a doggo. He’s super chill. it’s hard to find accommodations for our furry family members.

There is a female student who rents the downstairs room. She keeps to herself. She and I are both tidy and clean and respectful roomies. If this sounds like something that could work reach out.
