About the room
It’s brand new apartments. Lots of parks, restaurants, and groceries…etc.It in the middle of Richardson area. Very Centralized since it’s closer to President George Bush, 75 highway, and Richardson LA fitness, 15 mins away from UTD. It’s in a very peaceful location, with a pool side view .The rent would be around $620 will include all bills. Nothing in addition to that.
About the roomies
I am usually at work from 8am to 5:30pm. I do not drink, smoke nor do drugs. I am a clean person, looking for someone who keeps clean after themselves. No need to do chores other than cleaning their own bedroom and bathroom.I would prefer light cooking. You can cook in the apartment as long as you use your own dishes and clean after yourself.
