About the room
The home is located in a nice, safe neighborhood about 15 minutes from CSUB. The lease terms are flexible. The room is very large and located on the first floor, offering plenty of space and privacy. It includes a private bathroom, extra storage space, fast internet, private entrance and furniture. The room also has security locks for additional privacy. To keep the home quiet and comfortable for everyone, guests are not permitted.
About the roomies
I’m a hardworking and respectful person who stays busy with work most of the time. I keep things clean, quiet, and organized, and I’m easy to get along with.
