About the room
Large 2 level home in Oak Harbor, upper level occupied by my family (wife, son and dogs), lower level occupied by roomies. Lower level has own entrance shared bathroom, den, kitchen/laundry. Shared lower level only with one other roomie. Only consider active duty military for roomies. This bedroom is furnished with twin xl memory foam mattress, desk, and wardrobe.
About the roomies
Other bedroom and lower level area will be shared with one active duty military. Me and my family occupy upper level space with occasionally down on lower level to use laundry room and let dogs out to back yard. My family and I have been serving our military community for the past twenty years working for the DoD as Navy civilians. We volunteer for the USO and our local church and also host bible studies in our home weekly. Will only rent rooms to active duty military for short term lease.
