Looking for a respectful, clean, working professional or student (female only) to fill a bedroom in a brand new house in Irvine and enjoy all that Great Park has to offer. House is 4 bed 4 bath. I live on the 3rd floor. There will be 4 girls total, but this is a 3 story house so plenty of space. We have one friendly cockerpoo puppy in the house that does not shed. Also, this is a NEWLY built home with new floors, kitchen, and appliances (February 2025). Room is unfurnished.

House Info:

• Room is 1,750/month INCLUDING UTILITIES. Deposit is $650. Room on 2nd floor with own bathroom (with a bathtub)
• 6-month contract, month-to-month afterwards
• Patios on all 3 floors, a living room on 2nd floor, and bonus living room on the 3rd floor
• Access to kitchen, living room, in-house washer and dryer, and patio areas
• New furniture
• Full access to all 8 neighborhood parks including a variety of newly built clubhouses, amenities, & pools in Great Park. Luna park (1 minute walk across from our house) just finished building July 2025 and has brand new pickleball courts and pools. The new Great Park retail & restaurant center is expected to finish building end of 2026!
