The complex is called Elme Bethesda. It is located down the street from NIH. The closest metro is Medical Center on the red line.

You will need to apply to the community website and be approved to rent.

Once approved we can move forward.

The room is furnished and is upstairs. You’ll have a bed, dresser, and TV setup. You’ll have the upstairs bathroom to yourself.

There is a washer/dryer in the unit. There is a 24/7 access gym and when it warms up the outdoor pool will be accessible.

You’ll have a choice between unreserved or reserved parking. Elme bethesda does have adequate parking but unless it’s reserved its first come first serve for one closest to the unit.

Electricity is split.
