The kitchenette has a mini fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, two ring cooktop, kitchen island with saucepans and skillets, kitchen utensils, flatware & dining plates, dishes, cups & mugs. So guest can make their meals. Full size fridge freezer in garage for your groceries and drinks. Laundry room adjacent to loft stairs you can also use. Separate entrance through garage side door to staircase up to loft. Located 10 miles from Robins Air Force Base & Warner Robins. Located in a quite safe well maintained neighborhood. We are a retired Air force couple who enjoy walks and gardening.

We are a retired couple offering a self contained loft space for rent to a single person. It’s not suitable for pets or a smoker.
