• Rent: $1,125/month + utilities (WiFi and shared expenses split) • Security Deposit: $1,688(1.5 months’ rent) • Room: Approximately 16’x10’ unfurnished, with a good-sized closet • Storage: Additional shared hallway closet + shared bathroom closet • Amenities: Large second-floor balcony, renovated bathroom, on-site laundry, spacious living/dining area (room for a desk) • Move-in Date: May 1 • Lease Term: Sublet through November 2025

I’m 32, a working professional, laid-back, and clean. I value a peaceful and respectful home environment and prefer a roommate with a similar mindset. I enjoy meditation, yoga, reading, cinema, cars (I drive a manual Honda & work at a shop lol), & nature. I have a few houseplants but no pets.
