We are renting a room in our three bedroom home located in the charming and historic Winnetka Heights neighborhood near Bishop Arts. The house is fully furnished besides the room for rent.

Our home is in a great neighborhood surrounded by trees and nestled on a quiet street. 3 Minutes from Bishop Arts, Texas Theater, Jefferson Street, and a very easy jump into Downtown, The Cedars, and Deep Ellum. Close to Tyler/Vernon DART station and easy access to I35, I30.

The home is cozy with hardwood floors and lots of windows in the bedroom. Shared kitchen, living area, and outdoor spaces. House has internet, wifi, high end appliances including washer/dryer, smart lock, exterior security cameras, smart switches & is google assistant connected. Front yard with porch and rocking chairs and good sized backyard. There is also street and driveway parking.

We are looking for a kind, considerate, and easy going roommate that is clean, digs household organization, and values being in a community-oriented, creative area of town.

We are a couple in our early 30’s. We just moved to Texas from the Northeast and bought this house! We work each day and spend our free time exploring the city and traveling. We have two friendly and playful cats. We are respectful, organized and like to keep our house clean and our yard maintained. We look forward to meeting you!
