There are 3 other renters in the main part of the house and it is a quiet environment.
About the roomies
- 35 yo M, works at Blue Origin/engineer, in town 4 days/wk
- 64 F that works days M-F, she stays in her room when off. She has been here for 2 years.

I have owned the house for 20 years. I do not live here. I retired and live in the county 30 miles away. I am in Hsv. a couple of times a week to check on the house. My husband has a security clearance/ background check with the government & I have been checked by DHR while caring for one Foster child. I had a background check last week to work with the children at our church.
