Hi ,  I’m Jason 50 I have a house in Orlando 3 bed/ 3 bath with a pool and W/D , the rent would be $850/month for the master bedroom and $700/ month for regular room on a month to month lease, but I’m on probation so felon and S.O. Friendly, I can’t have anyone under 18 on the property, I don’t allow tobacco use on the property ( vapes and E-cigs are ok)and there are no pets ,deposit $700 , it’s unfurnished ,some things are negotiable but not the under 18 on property and tobacco use. Water/elec./trash included.

So I currently have 2 female roommates and both of my roommates are moving out next month so I will have two rooms available one regular room and one master bedroom
