About the room
Please read carefully. It is a room . Bills are basically included with the exception of the extreme cold months in the winter and the extreme hot in summer. An additional $100 will be requested for the oil heat or the additional air conditioning. This big old Stone House stays pretty cool during the summer. It is the winter months with the oil heat that might require another $100. The property is on an acre, but yet in the middle of everything. It is more of the environment and situation that is so great rather than the room itself. The room can be either furnished or unfurnished. It is upstairs. The room has been used for storing linens. Pets reside in this home. Must love animals. There is a big protective dog that will need transitioning. Very friendly house. This house contains a bath and a half. The half is downstairs and the full is upstairs with the bedrooms.
About the roomies
I am the landlord and live on the property and have another housemate who has been here for over 2 years. We are older and laid back. We are very friendly, so did not mark those boxes. Pets live here with one being somewhat of a guard dog. That will take some transitioning time until she is familiar with the new person
