Private furnished studio/master bedroom w/kitchenette, appliances included: 2 shoe racks, television, mini fridge (if available), coffee table, single electric stove top, microwave, toaster, quesadilla maker, tea kettle, air fryer, crockpot, coffee table, and coffee maker with kitchen pantry. Other appliances can be discussed. Gas, water w/reverse osmosis, electricity, trash, laundry use (detergent included), internet, & street parking. Chickens & numerous fruit trees on the property. No access to rest of the residence (except to do laundry). Private room has its own entrance. $1,200 but $100 refunded monthly if room maintained. $750 deposit. Located in Apple Valley close to AV High School.
About the roomies
I am employed full time and stay busy. I live with my two children. I have chickens (including 2 roosters) an outdoor cat, and numerous fruit trees.
