The home has two floors, with a shared living room and kitchen on the main floor and all the rooms located upstairs. The room available for rent comes furnished with a queen sized bed and a dresser. The home is also conveniently located 5 minutes from a shopping center for all grocery needs and is about 17 minutes from downtown.
About the roomies
Currently it is just me, one other roommate in his 20s, and my dog. He is a 5 year old Husky/German Shepherd mix and is extremely friendly with anyone he meets.
