Located on a quiet private drive less than a mile from the Alderwood Mall, 1.6 miles from the Lynnwood Transit Center, and just minutes from I-5, the property has a paved driveway and large backyard, which consists of vegetable garden, fruit plants, grass, trees and a multi-level pond.

Inside you’ll have a bedroom and access to Internet, DirecTV’s Choice Package, Apple TV+, Disney/ESPN+/Hulu, Epix, HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Showtime and Starz, with shared spaces including the kitchen, Main bath, and furnished living room/theater.

I am 40yo, friendly, kind, and get along with most everybody, though I do also appreciate my alone time, and my primary interests include sports, movies, television shows, music, art and experiencing new restaurants/foods.

Paralyzed from the upper-chest down, I use a power wheelchair to get around and am looking for a roommate who can serve as a part-time caregiver to be around overnight Sunday-Thursday in case of an emergency. I will provide a bedroom and access to a full bath, living room and kitchen at no cost, though I do ask for a monthly contribution towards utilities, garbage/recycling, Internet, etc.

With the necessary credentials (e. g. Home Care Aide or Nursing Assistant Certified) you could be compensated for between a few hours weekly up to full-time, depending on how much of my care you are interested in taking on. Both training and hours worked would be paid by DSHS via Consumer Direct Care Network Washington.

My ideal roommate would be courteous, reliable, compassionate, and appreciative of a clean environment.
