Spacious bedroom with furniture, the location is next to 41 Tamiami Trail and Bonita Beach Road. It’s just a few minutes away from the beach and stores. The room have plenty of closet space, you would have access to the kitchen, laundry, social areas and Clubhouse. as well as your own personal parking lot. The clubhouse, pool, gym, squash, and tennis court, are all within walking distance. You would have your own personal bathroom. In the case of pets, it would be a separate arrangement for the assoc requirements.
