I have one private bedroom with ensuite bathroom to offer at the lower level of the townhouse. Partially furnished with a single bed. Washer and dryer available at the second level of the house (shared). All utilities, such as, water, electricity and internet is included in the rent. Parking is available (please discuss) Walkable distance to Shopping plaza where Giant, Home Dept., Panera Bread, Subway, urgent care are located. There is a bus stop near to the residential area.

About the roomies

I work in DC. My room mate is away until June 30, 2025 so renting the room until then. I prefer to have someone who is south Indian who is friendly and respect privacy and keep the place clean and tidy condition. My friends visit me occasionally and stay in the house (upper level of the house).
