Looking to rent out the master bedroom with private bathroom in this 3 bed 2 bath house to a female tenant. Rent is $1100. Utilities and internet shared among tenants and paid at the same time as rent. Room available February 1st. The house offers a remodeled kitchen, fully furnished living room, dining room and kitchen. Fully landscaped front and backyard with grass and a comfortable patio sitting area. Gardener comes every other week. Each room has new windows, blinds and huge closets. There is a new central heat and AC that was installed over summer 2025. Ceiling fan in each of the bedrooms. If interested, you will be asked to fill out an application and chat over the phone or via Face Time before being invited to view the house in person. No smoking, no drugs.

What we are looking for: a renter that works full time or goes to school full time with a similar schedule to those in the house. Someone respectful when it comes to sharing the common areas. Ideally we are looking to find someone that gets along with the others living in the house, creating a comfortable living environment.

A little about the other tenants: 30 year old female working full time as a teacher. 26 year old female working work time as an engineer. Both are long term tenants. Current tenant that is moving out to move in with her boyfriend. Current tenants like to keep the house clean and are respectful of each other space. Looking to bring in someone new that fits the vibe.
