Looking to rent my 2nd bedroom to males only. Mostly because it’s not uncommon to be hanging around in just underwear, bathrobes, or nothing. I just like to be comfortable when chilling. I are very laid back.

Must be gay or gay friendly.

Room has a nightstand, large flat screen tv, tv stand and small closet. Apartment is on first floor with a large kitchen, shared bathroom and shared living room Beautiful apartment in a decent neighborhood. There’s a bus stop right across the street and we’re close to downtown. Also have a big yard that’s available. Plenty of parking.

Utilities would be $100/month for Cable/Internet/Electric

You will have use of the whole house and yard. Large Kitchen has all appliances, dishes, cookware, etc. You must purchase your own food.

I have one small dog. I would allow any caged animal in like hamsters, gerbils, bunny, fish, etc. in your room. I don’t mind smokers as long as it’s done outside. I am negotiable about lease time. .If at the end of the lease, there has been no problems, we are glad to extend it.

First months rent and $100 deposit gets you in!
