Looking for a single, respectful renter in a quiet neighborhood. Will be living with our two daughters. Home is a few minutes SE of campus. Available mid-May to December 2026.

Washer and dryer. Some furnishings available if needed. Rent includes trash and water, gas, electric and Wi-Fi.

Biggest requests are no pets, no smoking of any kind in the home, and no parties. Single persons only, no children.

Rent is $600/mo, utilities and internet included. Cleaning deposit required. No long-term contract.
