Seeking female roommate/s, early/mid 20s ideal, working professionals/students (ideally with a morning schedule) to fill available room.

The property is a 3 bedroom home with a split floor plan. Nice central Phx location. Nearest major cross streets are 43rd Ave and Glendale. Very close to Grand Canyon University, Glendale Community College, ASU West, Midwestern, 5 min from 17S to Arizona State University. There is one room with shared bathroom available for immediate move in.

Rent is 550 per month (all utilites and Wi-Fi included). The security deposit is half a months rent non refundable (225). The lease is month to month. Although I intend to stay until school is finished (2 yrs). Only need to provide 30 days notice before move out. Background check is required. Female roommates only. Preferrably working professionals/students early to mid 20s.

This is a very student friendly environment. House rules are no smoking (keep it outside), not 420 friendly (keep it outside), overnight guests are permitted (preferably not tinder dates or strangers/ideal if trusted long term partners), no parties, quiet hours 8pm, and no pets OR pet rent required (varies depending on animal/size).

There is an excellent maintenance team that always comes for repairs within 1 day. They also take care of all of the yard work for the home. The living room and dining area is fully furnished. There is also some storage space available.

Hello! My name is Kaitie. I am 24 years old. I am in school for Physical Therapy Assisting, and work for a non-profit family homeless shelter. I’ve also worked in health/fitness. I am very outgoing and like to socialize, but my studies are my priority. I enjoy having a nice peaceful home, and room mates to come home to and catch up with at the end of long days.

If you are interested in teaming up and moving somewhere closer to downtown/central Phx, South Sottsdale/Arcadia, etc. please still message me. I’m open to meeting and teaming up, if it’s closer to where I am going to school (Gateway Community College).

I’m clean, friendly, and easy going. Will never leave shared living spaces untidy. I deep clean every 2 weeks so you’ll never really need to clean. Am up 5/6am for classes at 7/8am. Only have one full day off that is usually spent studying. Most nights I study and get to bed early.

Spend nights off in watching t.v. or with friends/family out of the house. Hit the gym 3-5 days a week. Occasionally have a friend over briefly in the afternoon on gym days. I have an EOS membership with guest privileges, so you are always welcome to join in on workouts.

If I have guests, we are only in the kitchen/dining room until latest about 8/9pm sharp. I am vegetarian. I’ll cook and share when I can. Especially when I bake. I’ll invite you as well to grab dinner, join for any fun plans in town, or traveling elsewhere.

I have a long term boyfriend of two years who is my only over night guest maybe 1/2 days a week, sometimes not at all. He is a great guy and even gave furniture from his own home to other roommates. Aside from him, my sisters may visit from NAU Flagstaff once a semester. They are 21 and 22 years old.
