I live in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with my roommate. I have lived here 2.5 years and I do not want to move, but because of work I will relocate from city. He is a nice guy and I am helping him to find a new roommate =)..

Rent price is great for the excellent location and the manager is super friendly. I got a deal some years ago, when it was a discount and since it is rent control, the rent has not increased that much =)..
