Private room with a lock and key for privacy, furnished, shared bathroom with 2 other college students(females only), washer/dryer available with assigned date, access to wifi, utilities included, and access to kitchen. 1 yr rental agreement must be signed.

I work from home. My parents live with me. They stay in the master bedroom. I share bathroom with my parents. The second restroom will be shared with 2 other college girls and one of them has been renting for 4 years. I have 3 dogs, but they are outside dogs(do not come inside the house).
