One room available with private bathroom and all utilities included. We have used roomies in the past and for the most part have had good experiences so we are online once more. Some of our roomies have stayed with us for a couple of years. Close to freeway and close to strip . Looking for a clean, easy going, respectful individual. Reference, pay check stub and lease agreement will be required. Street parking in a nice small community. Close to restaurants, shopping areas and only 15 mins from strip or downtown.
