The available bedroom is in the basement. There are two bedrooms in the basement. This room is completely furnished with a queen sized bed, a dedicated workstation (table, chairs), dresser, and a lamp. The rest of the home is also completely furnished with a living area, dining area, TV, sofa, kitchen, and laundry/dryer unit (in the basement). There is also a backyard and front yard. Cooking will be done upstairs. There is a fridge and a dining table in the basement.
The tenants are working professionals. The home is extremely clean and well cared for. Tenants are expected to clean the common areas weekly.
Rent does not include utilities (roughly $100/month). Utilities are billed separately.
The home is not located near a subway. But there are buses within walking distance. Public transportation is available but driving is strongly recommended. And the following places are located nearby: Top Golf - Oxon Hill, Tanger Outlets - National Harbor, MGM Grand Casino National Harbor, Washington DC mins and Old Town Alexandria
First month and one month security deposit is required upon move in
