Your 255 sq ft room is fully carpeted with ceiling fan, two clothes closets, a private storage room, and internet and DirecTV access. Your private 3-piece bathroom is just two steps across the hall. Parking is on the driveway, but we could possibly make room in the garage if necessary. Of course, you’d have complete access to the entire house including the modern kitchen, living room, dining room, etc.
I’d prefer a male roomie over 35, but certainly would consider a female as well. Gainful employment is a must, or proof of a solid continuous income source. Rent and 50% of the utility costs is due on the first of each month (utilities run about $250/mo in winter and about $350 in summer).
