I own and live in a 2br, 1ba condo in the Briarwood Nature area of Golden Valley. Located right on woodsy walking trails with Basset Creek running along the property. We have deer, fox, raccoon and other critters seen here on a regular basis. Roommate will have their own room and share the bathroom, and common spaces. No couples or overnight guests. Parking in an open lot, use of outdoor swimming pool. washer and dryer in the unit. In a 12 unit building, on the 2nd floor (1st is actually garden level, there are a few stairs from the front door up to my front door. First month’s rent plus 700 deposit and also 40 for professional background check.

I’m semi-retired, work pt from home and do outside volunteer, plus animal care. I don’t drink alcohol and am a non-smoker. I go to the health club, church, gardening, cooking, fishing, music. Seeking a responsible roommate that is okay with my cat and works full time. Prefer age 35+ but not set in stone. no smoking, no drugs, no add’l pets
