We have deer, fox, raccoon and other critters seen here on a regular basis. Roommate will have their own room and share the bathroom, and common spaces. No couples or overnight guests. Parking in an open lot, use of outdoor swimming pool. washer and dryer in the unit. In a 12 unit building, on the 2nd floor (1st is actually garden level, there are a few stairs from the front door up to my front door. First month’s rent plus 700 deposit and also 40 for professional background check.
