Looking for a female roommate to share my charming early 1900s farmhouse situated on 25+ acres just north of Longmont. The private second-floor bedroom includes a half bath (toilet and sink) and offers stunning western views of the mountains.
I’m a single mom with a middle school-aged child, and we’ve created a peaceful, respectful environment here. We maintain quiet hours from 9pm-6am on weekdays due to the school schedule. The house features a shared full bathroom downstairs, full kitchen access with your own dedicated cabinet and fridge space, shared living areas, and onsite laundry. Your room offers ample storage, and there’s plenty of parking available.
Our farm is home to horses, goats, chickens, and turkeys, and we have family dogs and cats in the house. Horse boarding is available for an additional fee. The location makes commuting to Longmont, Boulder (32 minutes to downtown), Berthoud, or Loveland possible.
The ideal roommate would be employed with a steady income, clean, respectful, and responsible. You should be comfortable with animals, as we have several pets in the house. Additional pets are negotiable.
House guidelines include no smoking/vaping on the property, shared cleaning responsibilities for common areas, and respect for quiet hours. Move-in requirements include first month’s rent plus a $1,000 security deposit, background check and references, proof of employment/income, and rental insurance.
