Cozy bedroom in my manufactured home with shared bathroom with live in owner. Fairly quite neighborhood about 10 min from one the most popular beach scenes, full of activities, restaurant, entertainment and of course just gorgeous beaches. From my house walkable to a major grocery store, Trader Joe’s, Walmart, several well known asian grocery stores. Lot’s of hiking, parks, and botanical gardens near by both north and south. You can walk to the near by Del Amo Mall for lots of trendy shopping, eating and movie theaters. Also close to 5 hospitals (one walking distance) if you are interning or supporting a family member.

Lovely spots on my patios to rest and take in nature fantastic for a good read.

This is NOT a situation for “work from home” folks as you are welcome to stay but you must go else where (Starbucks, Library and else where to work).

I love different cultures, languages, and simply want to live with someone clean, courteous and agreeable to be around, but not looking for a best friend either. Please reach out I have a great room available !

Callie is my 4 year old little gal🐾who loves people. Light cooking is okay though I spend a majority of my time in my kitchen and living space. Must keep room clean and participate in weekly/daily bathroom/kitchen cleaning and contribute $125.00 to electric, gas, water and trash utilities, also incudes internet and monthly cleaning services. I love to garden and cook, see friends and so on. I hosted with Airbnb for 15 years as a SuperHost over 800 guests more than 63 countries; looking to have you as my guest. Living environment usually on the quiet side.
