About the room

We have a split-level, fully furnished home offering a Master Bedroom Suite, which includes: king size bed, dresser, two nightstand, vanity, corner desk, private bathroom with large tub and shower, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and 55“ Smart TV - renting for $1,125. The second floor of the split-level is the main floor of the house, including: kitchen/dinette area, laundry, living room and dining room. There is a deck that connects to the dinette area.

The home comes with the following: central heating and air, Brinks Home Security System with multiple cameras, Xumo and Roku high-definition streaming. Utilities include the usual, plus: pest control, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi and HVAC air quality control. Parking is available.

We live in a beautiful, forested, low-crime and quiet community with a park, private lake and tennis courts less than a 10-minute walk away. A golf course is weaved throughout the neighboring community, with the club house just a 20-minute casual walk away. Access to everyday shopping and restaurants is a 5 to 12-minute drive. The LINC Hiking Trail and Nixon Centre for Performing & Visual Arts are both a 7-minute drive down the road. Piedmont Hospital and I-85 access are, both, a 10-minute drive. Downtown Newnan and Peachtree City are both 15 minutes away, and the airport is a 30-minute drive.
