Hi, I’ve been renovating my quiet farmhouse for a few years and started renting rooms last year to travel nurses. While there are still some renovations in the works the house is fully functional and cozy! There is a weight set in the garage a treadmill in the living room. WiFi available. And all utilities and upkeep are in the price listed. So it’s a very straightforward property for renters who don’t want a hassle.

I’m a massage therapist who is self employed. I’m a fairly focused woman who enjoys reading, exercising and eating good food. I do have a toddler who is a fun kid to have around. She’s in childcare with dogs and cats so she’s pretty good with pets although still learning.
