I have a room for rent in Hemet close to Winchester road and highway 74. I’m asking $800 monthly and $200 security deposit. The room does not have a CLOSET. Room is furnished, I can remove everything if you have your own stuff. Must have a stable job. You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, parking spot and internet.
